This panel delivers about 320mA at 4.7V in the bright european summer sun on an Adafruit solar lipo charger and 18650 LiIon cell. This is not as much power as advertised. But more than double of the power of the old panel of comparable size I used before. So I'm satisfied with this panel.

When I removed the plastic wrapper on cell some black coating came off with wrap. Appears that coating was applied after epoxy. Electrically it looks like functioning but may not work for outdoor use.
